Nothing has to stop changing for things to feel okay.

That belief is the whole product. Plans move; the point is that they keep making sense while they do.

People have always planned through conversation. We negotiate time, explain context, change our minds, and make commitments in ordinary language.

Software made us translate that language into fields and databases — and then asked us to keep those databases current. That upkeep is the maintenance tax, and it is why good systems quietly fall out of date.

Okeyday exists to close that gap.

We’re building a planning system that understands people on their terms, carries the maintenance itself, and stays quiet when nothing needs attention.

Our purpose is simple: rewire how people plan time.

Four things we hold ourselves to.

Speak human.

You should never have to learn Okeyday’s language. It learns yours.

Carry the complexity.

The dates, people, places, and dependencies are Okeyday’s job to track — not yours.

Earn trust before acting.

Show what was understood, ask before consequential changes, keep every action visible.

Stay quiet when nothing’s needed.

A reminder should be genuinely useful. Everything else stays out of the way.

Help us rewire how people plan time.
